Refund policy

At Calmex we want you to shop with confidence. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you have 14 calendar days from receiving the product to request a return.

Conditions

• The 14-day period starts from the day you receive your order.
• The product must be in its original condition, with no damage from misuse, along with all accessories and, if possible, its packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and review your return, we'll notify you by email and process the refund to your original payment method within a maximum of 14 days.

Return shipping costs

If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we cover the return shipping cost. If it's a change of mind, the customer covers the return shipping cost.

Right of withdrawal (European Union customers)

If you are purchasing as a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without needing to justify your decision, in accordance with consumer protection regulations.
